Introducing: Search by Event Name

Screen Shot 2013-05-27 at 1.16.57 PMWe heard it loud and clear… many of you have wanted to search Gametiime by the name of a race. So, we’ve built it for you.

Gametiime now allows you to input a text search to find a specific race by its event name. You will find the ‘Event Name‘ search box at the bottom of your filters on the Gametiime listings page. (see immediately below and right)

In the past, Gametiime allowed you to discover races by inputting any of the following search criteria:

  • a city in Washington (including a mile radius from that city),
  • race type(s),
  • race length(s),
  • and a start and/or end date.

But, though you told us how much you loved how fast and easy it was to find races via Gametiime, you also told us you wanted more (and we always think there is room for improvement). We took your words to heart and, now, you can look for a specific race without having to search chronologically.

Get reminded of a great race you’ve done in the past? Skip browsing through many other races, type in an Event Name, and add it to your Wish List to remember to sign up!

Here are a couple cool searches you can check out for yourself:

  • Want a listing of the Magnuson Series runs all on one page? Simply type ‘magnuson’ in the Event Name search and you’re there. (results shown below)
  • Want to find the Seafair Triathlon? Type ‘seafair’ and you’re there in a flash!
